Maintenance Services for management and maintenance are provided for 12 EUR per sq. m. annually for all developments. This fee covers:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building
- Roof inspection and repairing if necessary
- Water systems supervising
- Supervising and replacing window glasses when necessary
- Payrolls of the staff
- Insurance
The fee exclude private utility usage, local taxes and rental management taxes.
