The specified prices are in Euro per unit and specific module. Prices include VAT and transportation costs to the town of Bansko, delivery of the furniture to the site, storage and assembly, cleaning of the apartment after assembly of the furniture and its handover in a ready for use condition. Prices also include transportation, delivery and assembly of kitchen units and installation of electric appliances and sinks, provided that these are supplied by our company.
Kitchen prices may vary from 1 900 EUR to 4 900 EUR depending on the kitchen type – L-shaped or one-wall/gallery kitchen, the height of the lower and upper cupboards, the length of the worktop and back panel, the brand of the kitchen appliances, etc. The total price of every kitchen shall be formed in consideration of each specific request after working out an individual design and depending on the types of units, elements, worktop, back panels, electric appliances, etc. selected by the customer.
The proposed offers are only sample. Customers can choose models and modules from all proposed sample variants and items listed on the price lists and they are also provided with the opportunity to place a request for the preparation of an offer with other models of furniture of the BERLONI trademark.
Upon an enquiry we will work out a full specification in accordance with the customer’s preferences, with prices, exact layouts, detailed plans and precise dimensions of furniture items. We will send these to the customer for approval and confirmation. After receipt of client’s confirmation and an advance payment of 60% of the total price, the order will be processed and assigned for production.
Term of delivery: 55-60 days following receipt of upfront payment.
The term of delivery does not include the period between December 22, 2007 and January 10, 2008.
Method of payment: by bank transfer
Advance payment: 60% of the total amount; the remaining 40% are payable upon written notification stating that the furniture is ready for dispatch from the factory in Italy.
Other methods of payment are possible too, subject to additional discussions.
Upon receipt of every payment, we shall issue a document certifying this.
Discounts: 100% upfront payment is subject to a special discount.
Ordering furniture for several apartments in the same or different developments simultaneously is also subject to an additional discount, depending on the quantity of furniture and total value of the order.
Other methods of payment are possible too, subject to additional discussions.
